Duysaliev Mubinovich Askhat was born on May 28 of 1981 in the city of Astrakhan, Astrakhan region, RussianFederation.
In 2009 he graduated from the Atyrau Institute of Engineering and Humanities, and in 2012 graduated from the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas. By profession of foreign language Bachelor, a petroleum engineer.
